Telegram scrolls - A pair of communication scrolls that allow the group to send messages back and forth between the scrolls with a 10 minute delay. The scrolls must be signed by the sender to whoever is receiving the message, meaning the sender must know the receiver’s name and no one else can read the message. There is also no indication if the scrolls failed.
